Taimanin Asagi 2 Episode 1 & 2

One year has passed since the Chaos Arena was destroyed, and Asagi and Sakura now find themselves on a deserted road in an artificial island floating above Tokyo Bay. It is a massive, box-shaped island built by the government and known as the "Tokyo Kingdom." There were hopes that this city would become a second floating metropolitan center in the sea, but it failed to attract business. The only way to reach and leave the island is via Honshu Island across the 10-kilometer-long Tokyo Kingdom Bridge. Unfortunately, this narrow path serves as a gateway for denizens of the underworld to enter the island, luring anarchists, criminals, and even illegal immigrants, turning the sea-bound city streets into a world-famous haven of danger. Abandoned as the streets may be, some semblance of order remains in this breeding ground of crime. There is a business district at its heart as well as one of the largest red-light districts in Asia.
